Modern Slavery Policy

BK Drip is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in our business or in our supply chain.

Our Commitment

We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, human trafficking or any form of modern slavery, whether in our own operations or in the businesses that make, pack or deliver our products. Every worker in our supply chain should be free to choose their employment, should be paid fairly under local law, and should work in safe conditions.

What We Expect of Suppliers

We expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards, including:

  • No forced, bonded or involuntary labour, and no child labour.
  • Workers are free to leave their employment after reasonable notice, and are not charged recruitment fees that put them into debt.
  • Working hours, wages and conditions that meet or exceed local legal requirements.
  • Safe working conditions, with no discrimination, harassment or harsh treatment.
  • The right for workers to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

How We Manage Risk

We assess modern slavery risk when choosing suppliers and when reviewing our supply chain, focusing on the countries and product types where risk is highest. Where we identify a concern, we will work with the supplier to put it right, and we will end a supplier relationship if a serious issue is not addressed.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a concern about modern slavery in connection with BK Drip or its supply chain, please contact us through the Contact page. Concerns will be treated seriously and in confidence.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually, and updated sooner if our business or supply chain changes materially.
