Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from delivery to return it to BK Drip.

What Can Be Returned

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
3. Send the items back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Return Postage

For a change-of-mind return, return postage is paid by you. For a faulty item, or an item that is not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of the return — please contact us first so we can arrange it.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 days. Please allow your bank or payment provider a few further working days for the refund to appear on your statement. Delivery charges are not refunded on a change-of-mind return, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Exchanges

We do not hold items for exchange. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This keeps your new order moving without waiting for your return to arrive.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage, once the issue has been confirmed.
