Terms of Service

By ordering from BK Drip, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Shipping Information, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, before placing an order.

Products and Prices

We aim to show products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in the store currency and include taxes where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If a price shown at checkout is incorrect due to an error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may cancel if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. That confirmation shows that we have received your order. A contract is formed when your order is accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout, unless you choose a pay-later option, in which case your instalment schedule is set by your pay-later provider and shown at checkout before you confirm. See our Pay Later FAQ for details.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery options, prices and times are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping Information page. Returns are covered by our Returns Policy: you have 7 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this store in a way that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the store or its security. BK Drip branding, product images and website content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if a product is faulty or not as described. Subject to that, BK Drip is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier or customs delays.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the law of your home country are not affected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current version and applies to orders placed after it is published.
